I offer individual sessions for women who are seeking healing, stress management or a positive approach to help them cope with the transitions in their lives. I have found that pregnancy and postpartum (and other transitional life experiences) offer us a unique opportunity to grow personally and develop inner strength and other helpful resources or skills. I use the Mind/Body methods of deep relaxation coupled with imagery techniques that can create a sense of renewal and restoration while tapping into your natural creativity. This level of self-care improves self-esteem and can be empowering to help manage changes and stresses in a more satisfying way.
